AboutJet Mobile Home and RV Park

Jet Mobile Home and RV Park was established in 1950, and we’ve grown from just 16 to 20 travel trailers into our current size in stages. We now have over 350 lots with a great diversity, including RVs, Park Models, Destination Models, and Mobile Homes.

We’ve always been delighted to show off our canals and Manatee River Front that connects us directly to the Gulf of Mexico with some of the best fishing and water sports in the State of Florida. Located in Palmetto, Florida, Jet Park Mobile Home and RV Park is a Manatee County local business just across the river from Bradenton, Florida.

We are near the Sarasota and Anna Maria Beaches. We enjoy our own Boat Launch, Kayak Launch, Swimming Pool, Recreational Hall, Picnic Area, Fire Pit, Laundry, Library, Billiards Tables, and Ping Pong. We always have tons of fun activities all season in the hall and around the grounds. We enjoy our Waterfront, Sun, Biking, and Boating. We have City-owned Pickleball Courts close by, and everyone loves our Shuffleboard Courts right here in the park. All the activities in the park are open and enjoyed by everyone. If you’re wondering why our name is ‘JET’ Park and we’re not next door to an airport, J.E.T. are the initials of our original founder.

MOBILE HOMES FOR SALE

Being a Mobile Home Owner in Jet Park comes with 1 share of Jet Park Mobile Home Owners Association, Inc. a Florida Not for Profit Corporation. The 2025 Maintenance Fee is $ 180 per month (includes: Water, Sewer, Garbage, Mowing, Amenities, etc.). Our Shareholders have also voted a $ 15/ month Emergency Fund. This makes the monthly total of $ 195 due on the 1st of each month.

Jet Park does not own any rental properties itself; we list the Shareholders’ information who alert us when they are currently renting. The Jet Park Office has no information on Rentals.

We are a well-established park with a wealth of activities. You can stay as busy or relax as much as you want. Do you want to learn shuffleboard? We have a club for that. Enjoy the pool? Of-course we have a pool. Play cards? Yes, we have lots of card groups. We like to celebrate everything. How about putting up a community Christmas Tree with cookies and hot chocolate. Let’s throw in a golf cart and bike parade. Oh yes! Meal Deals every Wednesday for those who don’t want to cook yet another dinner. Nearly every holiday celebration has a meal or potluck for fellowship and fun. We have a club that does cooking demos and a club that’s set up to teach crafts. If you have an interest, we have others to join you doing it.

RV RESERVATIONS

Enjoy your stay in a 55+ community, described by many as a “hidden jewel” located on the Manatee River. Delight in friendly neighbors and RV sites all featuring full hookups with 50 amp electric for your comfort and convenience. We offer back-in or pull-in availability, and everything is included in our rates: electric, water, garbage pick-up, sewer & grounds maintenance.

Make use of our boat launch for boating, kayaking, sailing, and fishing. Take a walk along the water’s edge on the Boardwalk, or enjoy a pleasant afternoon with friends, enjoying shuffleboard, cornhole, or a swim pool. During high season, our guests enjoy potlucks, shows, game nights, crafting, and so much more. Nearby are great restaurants, parks, shopping centers, groceries, outlet malls, fairgrounds, theaters…the list is long and much of it is walkable and bike-friendly.
