Enjoy your stay in a 55+ community, our hidden jewel is situated on beautiful Manatee River. Delight in a spacious RV site featuring full hookups with 50 amp electric for your comfort and convenience. We offer back-in or pull-through availability. Everything is included in our low monthly rate; electric, water, garbage pick-up, sewer & maintenance.
Make use of our boat launch to go kayaking, sailing, and fishing. Later, take a stroll along the water’s edge on the Boardwalk, or enjoy a pleasant afternoon in the gazebo with friends, enjoy a game of bocce ball, shuffleboard, or cornhole; or relax in the temperature-controlled swimming pool. During the high season, our guests enjoy potlucks, shows, game nights and more. Nearby are many restaurants, shopping centers, outlet malls, and flea markets.

Daily Rates- $50 per day- Full hook up service
Weekly Rates- $250 per week- Full hook up service
Monthly Rates- $900 per month + tax – minimum of 3 months stay required (January – March) – Full hook up service. $800 per month + tax (rest the year). Call to inquire about discounts applied to historical RV’ers.
We also offer RV storage during the summer months for $100 per month. Certain restrictions apply.
State and Tourist taxes will apply.

Our Office Manager is available to answer your queries. The office is open from 9:00 AM -1:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. During high season, many acitivities are scheduled for your entertainment. You may be as active or as inactive as you wish.
Exercise Class: Easy enough for all to enjoy.
Hobby Club: Originated in 1947- All ladies welcome! Short business meeting. Come and share your craft ideas!
Jetty Club: Originated in 1954- All ladies Welcome! Short business meeting. Dessert served (0.50) followed by an afternoon of cards. (Bridge, Canasta, Pinochle, etc.)
Pepper: Everyone welcome to come and play.
Bingo: Offered twice a week with some nice prizes to be won.
Potluck Suppers: Everyone welcome. Bring your own table service and a dish to share. Entertainment follows dinner.
Coffee Hour: Bring your own cup. Varies Breakfast available.
Choir Practice: Open to all. Come and enjoy this time as well as the Hymn sing on Sunday evenings.
Shuffleboard: Lessons available.
Red Hat Society: Open to all women. Grab your red or purple hat, come join in the fun!
White Hat Society: Same as Red Hats only for all the men of the Park.
Joker: Everyone is welcome. Played on Mondays at 7:00 PM. Instructions are posted on the bulletin board in the clubhouse.
Pool League: Meet on Thursday Afternoon at 3:00 PM in the front corner of the clubhouse
Bus Trips: Notices of available bus trips, cruises, and event tickets are posted on the third bulletin board in the hall.
Darts: Everyone is welcome. Played on Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM in the clubhouse.
Ice Cream Socials: Everyone is welcome. Once a month the Shuffle members put on an ice cream social for everyone in the Park.
Movies: Every Friday night at 7:00 PM the Social Committee presents a different movie in the clubhouse for everyone to enjoy.
State Dinners: Watch the calendar for your state and do plan to attend this evening full of fun!
Wood Carvers: Open to everyone. This group gathers in the hall every Wednesday morning at 9:00 AM and let the wood crumbs fly!
Knitting: This is a new group to Jet Park. Every Wednesday at 9:00 AM they meet in the hall and work on various projects. Everyone is welcome!
Quilting: This creative group of ladies meet in the hall every Monday at 1:00 PM. All the gals are welcome!
